The YOMI YM-SKZ-1250 is a high-speed CNC three-dimensional beam drilling machine for H-beams and steel profiles. It drills connection-plate hole groups on three sides of the beam in a single pass, reads TEKLA DSTV files directly to generate the machining program, and holds hole-group accuracy within ±0.5 mm — a cold-processing replacement for manual layout and radial drilling in steel structure fabrication.

How the Machine Works

The 3D drilling line is built from three integrated modules — an infeed conveyor, a drilling unit and an outfeed conveyor. The beam travels along the transmission roller tables into the drilling unit, where three groups of power drills machine the connection-plate hole groups on the three faces of the profile at the same time. This is cold processing (no thermal distortion), which keeps hole geometry clean and repeatable.

• One-pass three-face drilling. Three drill groups work the three faces of the beam in one setup, replacing manual marking, radial drilling and reaming.

1. Import the fabrication model as a TEKLA 3D DSTV file.
2. The system generates the drilling program and shows a 3D preview of every hole.
3. Confirm and run — the machine positions and drills the three faces automatically.
