T beam straightening machine consists of main machine, hydraulic foating roller, and hydraulic and electrical systems. The mainmachine includes base, wall, straightening mechanism, and hydraulic liting and straightening transmission system; the main trans-mission is driven by hydraulic pump through motor, reducer, and drive shaftto drive the main roller, the hydraulic cyinder drives theiting and lowering. and cooperates with the fixed pressure wheel. The magnetic grating digital display accurately controls the liftingamountto correct the panel welding deformation. The straightening mechanism is set on both sides of pressure wheel and movessynchronously with pressure wheel. The position is displayed by a scale. Six sets of hydraulic lifing devices at the front and rearcorrect the side bending of T beam, and the foating roller table is linked to the roller by the oil cyinder, slewing arm, and tie rod toensure the smooth movement of work-piece. It can efficienty correct various deformations of T beam, and after corection, the flat-ness and straightness deviations of panel meet the standards without rebound.
